West Fight On is back for its 14th year! Since its founding, WFO has raised over $3 million for free cancer services benefiting more than 17,000 people in our community. Memphis’ largest cancer survivor event features three cycling routes—20, 40, and 60 miles—a 5K run/walk, and a one-mile tribute walk.
Join us to celebrate survivors at the Survivor ceremony, honor loved ones during the moment of silence, experience the moving bagpiper serenade, and enjoy a festive family-friendly atmosphere with music, food, Kid's Zone, Kid's Bike Parade, photo booth, and more—there’s truly something for everyone!

As a small token of our appreciation for your fundraising efforts, we offer some fundraising incentives as a thank you. These will be available at packet pick up and will be based on fundraising levels reflected on the website as of 9/4/25.

 | Individuals who raise $500 or more via their personal fundraising page will receive this year's cycling jersey. You'll stand out from the crowd in this year's themed jersey. *Please note the cycling jerseys are club cut with an option of unisex or women's sizing. * |
Recognize someone you love with a Route Recognition Sign. West Cancer Foundation will print and display an in-ground sign with your message along one of the event routes at Shelby Farms Park. Each sign is $50

Some of the park roads will be closed for the event, and a route you may be familiar with may not be accessible that morning. Please ensure that you allow at least 45 minutes before the start of your race to navigate through the park, to the parking areas. Staff and volunteers will be on hand to direct you, along with signage. We are thankful to have the assistance of Shelby Farms Park staff and Southern Valet to assist us with parking and traffic flow for the day. Your patience and cooperation are appreciated.
Parking at the First Horizon Foundation Visitors Center will be closed to the public and reserved only for volunteers and those who are in active treatment or in need of handicap parking.
